Policies + Shipping

Payment is due at the time of purchase. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been made (and cleared if paying by e-check).

All products are shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping costs include protective packaging and a tracking number. Buyers are responsible for shipping charges if package is returned to sender. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges to resend item. Honeymoon Hats is not liable for any carrier or weather-related delays once an item has been dispatched for shipment.  

Shipping Prices and Timelines:

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be custom-made for you. Please factor this into shipping times. This even applies to rush orders, unless you contact us before your order is placed and we can work something out for you. We encourage you to contact us before ordering if you need an item by a specific date as we can recommend the best shipping method to get your order delivered on time. We can also potentially ship overnight, please contact us for current rates.

Standard Shipping to USA: price automatically calculated by USPS to your destination (approximately 1-3 days via USPS Priority Mail)

Express Shipping to USA: price automatically calculated by USPS to your destination (1 to 2 days GUARANTEED via USPS Priority Mail Express)

UPS Shipping to USA: we now offer express UPS services (including overnight) in addition to USPS. Price is automatically calculated by UPS and timelines vary depending which service you select. Please allow up to 5 business days of transit time for UPS Ground. 

International Shipping: price automatically calculated by USPS (timeframe depends on country via USPS Priority International or Priority Express International)

Shipping is not available to all countries.

Buyers are responsible for all custom fees and taxes for that country.

Refund Policy:

If a refund or exchange is requested, it must be for a reason deemed valid by Honeymoon Hats. Custom Mrs. Hats/Honeymoon Hats or other personalized items (ex. Monogram Totes) are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to their custom nature. Please make sure the hat will fit before placing your order. See FAQ page for circumference details.

Cancellation requests for orders already placed are subject to a $10 restocking fee. Before placing an order with us, please be sure that it is an item you want.
